Ability to create concepts directly within the software is incredible! Plus, the support and implementation team helped me throughout the process and within two weeks of purchase, we were able to calculate the payroll accurately.
Cons
I would like them to offer payroll for other countries, like Guatemala or Panama.

Pros
It's a very easy to use platform that, compared to other payroll systems, automatically calculates everything. Since it's completely online, I don't need to install anything.
Cons
For the first steps, I need some training to understand how the product works and what needs to be configured in the account to start seeing the information. But once that process is complete, it's very easy to navigate for me and I am able to use all the modules.

Pros
It is a platform highly focused on users, making payroll so simple that I no longer worry about what used to be a big concern for me. It automates the entire process, from employee onboarding to payment, I find it really amazing.
Cons
In terms of design, it's not the prettiest to look at. I understand that it's a platform for accounting purposes but adding a bit of color to the modules wouldn't hurt and would help identify them more easily.
