“a game-changing staffing platform”

Pros

Getting around the platform is very easy. It does offer training but you don't fully grasp how useful the system is until you're in a moment where you really need it. Being able to pull individual time cards and verify whether associates are actually on the job when texts or calls aren't being answered is what really sets this time clock apart. Other products may offer similar functions but if the goal is to truly change the game and take your platform to the next level this is absolutely the way to go.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have a negative to point out aside from the fact that we haven't taken advantage of the Staffing Agency side and have only used TLM. That said this comes from someone who has spent many years in the industry and prefers to avoid the headache of staffing while still wanting to help move the entire industry forward. We understand exactly where the creators are headed with this product and we fully support the direction they're taking to lead the market.

“simple reporting”

Pros

Everything about this software has been simple to use and it really takes advantage of modern technology to create a better overall experience. The app makes clocking in and out very easy for employees which has been a big plus. I also really appreciate the built in compliance tools because they help me avoid problems like employees missing required breaks or taking lunches that are too short. On top of that the reporting is easy while still giving me all the detail I need.

Cons

At this point I honestly do not have any complaints. I am mostly excited to see what they roll out next.

The platform is very easy to use and the compliance and liability protection it offers are excellent.

I don't really have any complaints though it would be helpful to have a roadmap showing upcoming enhancements.
