“Hiring process now automated
Pros
From candidate shortlisting onward the platform does an excellent job of identifying the most relevant people who are likely to be the right fit for the organization. The end to end automation across the hiring process gives recruiters much more room to focus on candidates instead of getting buried in admin work which is a huge advantage. The AI scoring is also very useful because it highlights the areas that matter most such as skills and expertise and helps put candidate evaluation into proper perspective. A lot of the time usually spent coordinating interviews and assessments has been cut down significantly because the automation handles it so well. The sourcing and retargeting features from the internal talent pool are another major benefit since recruiters already have a strong pool of candidates to begin with. Interview scheduling and assessment automation save a lot of time and the reminder function keeps applicants engaged throughout the process. One thing that really works well is job creation and publishing. You only need to create the role once inside the platform and it takes care of posting it across other job networks while bringing all applications back into one place which is incredibly convenient. On top of that the feature set is rich but still user friendly making it practical for the daily workflow of a recruiter. The scientific approach behind candidate identification adds a lot of value when it comes to assessing the right people properly and the masked hiring feature is especially impressive because it supports diversity by removing personal information and keeping decisions focused on skills and experience.
Cons
At this point there is really very little to complain about because the tool has been helpful and efficient overall. The AI features and the rest of the functions are performing as expected so there are no major concerns right now. Since it supports recruitment so well across the board, most of the smaller issues feel minor and easy to overlook. If I had to point out anything the initial setup can take some time before everything is in place but once that part is done using the system becomes very easy. The options are clear and the platform is simple to figure out. It is also good that the application works well on mobile and tablet browsers although having a dedicated mobile app would still be a nice addition. Beyond that it is honestly difficult to find meaningful negatives when the platform is clearly improving productivity in hiring. I have not come across anything I actively dislike while exploring most of the features. There were a few minor user management issues at one stage but those were configurable, customizable and eventually resolved. Overall no real issues stand out in hindsight though I would still like to explore the platform further over time.

The AI scoring really helps put things into perspective by highlighting the candidate qualities that matter most like skills, expertise and other key strengths to focus on.
Cons
Honestly it's difficult to point out any real downside because overall the platform is doing a lot to boost productivity across hiring efforts.
