Pros
This is a fairly sophisticated product and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. It's definitely not a plug and play system but with the right support and development team behind it, it can really perform brilliantly.
Cons
A few of the UI customization options could be a bit more user friendly although I understand improvements in that area are already underway.
