custom dashboards

Pros

We rely on this software to measure employee satisfaction and run a virtual suggestion box. One thing that works really well is the ability to customize interactions by department while still keeping the overall structure consistent. Once the dashboards are set up and you understand how to customize them, they look very polished and the platform offers plenty of reporting options along with AI tools that managers can actually use. It's also helpful that managers can compare their team's results against department-level and company wide benchmarks across multiple metrics and even individual questions.

Cons

Getting accurate employee data into the system has been very challenging. The platform seems to assume every organization uses one of the major software providers and has a full internal HR team in place. Since we work with a smaller HR vendor we still have to go through a lot of manual effort just to keep employee data updated. On paper the idea seemed easy but in practice this has turned out to be the toughest part for us. They really should offer a visual or graphics-based tool to handle this process better.

valuable tool

Pros

It does an excellent job of collecting feedback from employees and analyzing it in a way that really helps us understand engagement levels and identify areas where we can improve.

Cons

There is not much to complain about since the platform is very user friendly.

Nice customer support

Pros

Having it managed through a service platform and service contract has been a huge plus because it keeps my involvement pretty minimal. Their team takes care of most of the heavy lifting from creating and launching the surveys to reviewing the results and delivering the final output. That level of support makes the whole process very manageable on my end. It also does a lot to build employee trust since the added anonymity and credibility of the results help people feel more comfortable sharing honest feedback.

Cons

One area that could be stronger is the use of AI although it's possible thei services team is already making progress there and I just don't have much visibility into it.

time saving data collection

Pros

This tool helps us gather data without much trouble and saves our team a lot of time in the process.

Cons

The downside is the pricing. The service is fairly expensive and the fees they charge for collecting data make the overall cost quite high.

feature rich platform

Pros

Back in my first organization this was the tool we used regularly and it still stands out as one of the most user friendly platforms I've worked with. Even when something came up and we got stuck, the customer support team was outstanding and quick to help. It was also simple to roll out across the organization, packed with a wide range of features and integrated well with different inhouse tools. Since we used it daily that flexibility and reliability really mattered.

Cons

It's a very large platform so learning everything and explaining it clearly to someone else can take time and thats the only drawback it has.

easy to use

Pros

The interface is very easy to use and it grouped employee feedback into clear major themes while still protecting anonymity even for smaller teams. The methodology feels current and well thought out too. For example the time bound intent to stay questions were especially useful. On top of that the professional services team was outstanding and helped us move quickly while increasing the value of the insights we could share with executive leadership.

Cons

The only issue was that the account team I really liked changed although the new team has still been very good.

fits our needs!

Pros

Being able to dig into the raw data and segment it into targeted sections for different department heads has been the biggest advantage. We also appreciate how much of the dashboard can be customized to fit our visual preferences and display the data in a clear, meaningful way.

Cons

A few dashboard details that couldn't be customized were frustrating. In higher education we have to follow a very specific style guide and there were certain elements we couldn't adjust to match those standards. Because dashboard printouts were being reviewed by executives and senior leadership we ended up needing special approval for the items that couldn't be changed.

helpful benchmarks and dashboards

Pros

Having industry benchmarks to compare our organization's results against similar companies is incredibly useful. The dashboard also does a really nice job of visually presenting the data. It helps surface recurring themes clearly and keeps the information well organized.

Cons

Each survey comes with quite a bit to learn so there can definitely be some initial difficulty. For someone new to the platform it may feel a little complicated at first.

Great support

Pros

Working with their rep has been an excellent experience. He's thorough, does a terrific job with training and provides outstanding customer support. He helped make our onboading process go very well. The engagement survey and 360s tools have been easy to use and they let us dig deeply into the results. We would absolutely recommend it to others.

Cons

Viewing results across more than one area is not very accessible.

good feedback insights

Pros

Right from the start this platform has been really effective for collecting data and analyzing it in a meaningful way to generate useful feedback. Having access to real time sentiment insights is especially valuable when it comes to making informed, data driven decisions. On top of that the interface is user friendly enough for teams to track things properly and put changes into action. Overall I think it does a good job of improving employee engagement.

Cons

With so many features packed into it the platform can feel pretty overwhelming for new users especially for anyone with limited knowledge of design or data analysis. The pricing is also on the higher side which can make it feel a bit unreasonable for smaller organizations.
