versatile platform

Pros

One of the best things about this software is the broad range of reward and incentive choices it offers along with a platform that's very simple to work with. It made handling gifts, incentives and employee or customer rewards much more efficient especially because of the global catalog and flexible redemption options. I also really appreciated how well it managed distribution and tracking which cut down on admin work while still creating a personalized and engaging rewards experience.

Cons

A downside with it is that certain areas of the platform felt less accessible especially when trying to use advanced features or work through detailed reporting. The interface could seem a little cluttered at times and setting up some reward workflows took more guidance than I expected. On top of that availability and redemption could vary depending on the region or type of reward which sometimes reduced flexibility.

much better performance now

Pros

It has improved a lot compared to before. A few features used to feel a bit laggy earlier but the overall performance is much better now.

Cons

The UI could still be improved a little. In a few places, it felt slightly distracting and I lost the flow so there's still some room for refinement.

rewarding perks and gift card variety

Pros

The standout part about it is its rewards system. There's also a really good range of gift cards available for employees which makes the experience even better. Other than that the customer support team has been helpful as well.

Cons

One thing that gets a bit annoying is that if reward points aren't redeemed on time, the platform starts sending too many reminder emails to redeem them.
