Pros

As someone who manages recruitment and HR tasks, I find the platform's hundreds of ready-made templates and downloadable resources incredibly helpful, because they save me a tremendous amount of time I would otherwise spend crafting documents from scratch and they also make it much easier for me to remain current with HR practices and employment law so that our company maintains compliance.

Cons

There really isn't anything lacking in it, it seems to provide everything I need, although I would appreciate a more affordable price point.

Pros

Nothing positive stands out for me, the entire experience felt like a sales-driven scam and once they get you signed up, they disappear, so I strongly urge others not to use this company.

Cons

In my experience, I paid for a subscription but never received any of the promised communications to activate my account, to provision or set up users, nor was I given any onboarding or training, so in short everything about the process failed.
