Saves a lot of time on onboarding

Pros

Saves our team tons of time with onboarding new hires. Getting someone set up with a laptop and handling all the HR stuff happens in just a few minutes. The ease of use really stands out, and customer support has been amazing.

Cons

The integrations with some third-party apps aren't available yet.

Organized our HR tasks

Pros

This platform has been a total game-changer for organizing HR tasks at our company. Managing everything solo, I really appreciate how simple it feels when handling payroll, onboarding and time-off requests. Having everything centralized means I get real-time updates and don't have to deal with all those tedious manual processes anymore. The Google and Slack integration keeps our workflow smooth without any interruptions. Plus, the customer support team is very responsive. They're always there when I need help with anything.

Cons

The reporting options are somewhat limited and could use more customization flexibility but thankfully the support team is great at helping find workarounds when needed.

accurate payroll, easy reporting, smooth process

Pros

Payroll function has been incredible for our team. It handles all the complex stuff automatically like calculating deductions, tax adjustments and contributions, so our payroll runs are always accurate and compliant. This saves time compared to doing manual calculations or constantly checking for errors. When we make changes like salary adjustments or add new hires, everything syncs automatically with payroll, which keeps everything current without extra work. The interface is neat too, making it easy to review summaries and generate reports for audits or internal analysis. It's made payroll feel like a natural part of our monthly routine.

Complete HR solution

Pros

The all-in-one setup has been amazing for our team. Having HR management, payroll, benefits and time tracking all in one spot makes everything so much more efficient. Since the modules integrate well, we dont have to switch between different software tools, which cuts down on manual data entry and prevents mistakes. I love how employee data automatically syncs between payroll and benefits, it saves tons of administrative work. The interface is tidy too, so finding what you need happens quickly, which is awesome when you're juggling multiple HR tasks throughout the day. Plus, the support team responds fast and actually helps when we have questions, making sure we get the most out of all these features.

Cons

The reporting feature sometimes lacks the customization options I need for specific requirements, though the overall functionality makes up for this limitation.

Useful health check surveys

Pros

Love how easy it is to check time-off on the calendar and pull up staff details. The health check surveys are also super simple and actually helpful for keeping an eye on how the team's doing

Cons

Sometimes I find myself wishing for extra features, but the development team is really responsive when I reach out about adding them.

great performance tracking

Pros

Managing performance reviews used to be such a pain before we found this solution. We were stuck with a separate tool that required manually uploading everything to our HR system, no direct data syncing at all. This completely transformed our workflow. The performance and survey capabilities are excellent, featuring heatmaps, radar charts and an impressive questions library that makes analyzing NPS scores easier. What really sets it apart is being able to handle all our core HR processes in one centralized location. Set up was surprisingly smooth and the interface is user-friendly.

Cons

Not much to complain about really. Would be nice to have more customization options for performance reviews down the road, but this platform already handles so much effectively. The team keeps making improvements though, so I'm confident those features are coming.

user-friendly platform with responsive support

Pros

This platform really helps us manage our business operations smoothly. We rely on it for employee onboarding, performance tracking, payroll, pensions, expense management and much more. Beyond being a user-friendly software, the support team has been very cooperative when we've had numerous questions about business setup and running our HR processes. I can't recommend them enough.

Cons

The main drawback is that it's from a smaller, newer company so we occasionally run into missing features. That said, this doesn't happen often and the development team is really responsive about filling those gaps quickly.

Flexible Time Tracking

Pros

We needed an HR solution that could manage our essential functions like onboarding, training and task oversight, plus give us flexibility around time tracking and leave management. Since our team spans multiple countries, having a system that adapts time-off policies to different local regulations was crucial. The highly customizable policies and global holiday calendars have been a game-changer for us. We also have staff who work various shift patterns and need to log their hours differently. Before this, we handled everything manually then uploaded to payroll and what a nightmare that was! Now we can log hours directly and push them straight into payroll without any difficulty. The platform is excellent, the interface feels natural to use and the support team during implementation was outstanding.

Cons

Honestly can't find much to complain about. This platform handles everything we need and the development team keeps rolling out updates and improvements, so any small hiccups get resolved pretty quickly.

deals with payroll across multiple countries

Pros

Managing payroll used to be such a headache, especially with teams spread across different countries. We needed separate tools everywhere and it took forever. Now this platform handles everything for us. It automatically calculates everything, generates payslips, manages new hires and departures and so much more. The number of errors we used to deal with has dropped dramatically and we barely have to do manual work anymore. Our HR and finance teams are saving hours every month because of this switch. What I really appreciate is how user-friendly it is, plus their customer support team is brilliant. Dealing with payroll across multiple countries used to stress me out, but now it's actually not a problem.

Cons

Their support team could be more proactive in reaching out, though they do respond well when contacted.

We needed this!!

Pros

Having HR and payroll combined in one place was exactly what we needed. We were tired of manually moving data between different systems for payroll processing. This tool handles everything perfectly and connects with our pension provider, bank, HMRC and accounting software basically automating our entire payroll backend. The set up was straightforward, it's user-friendly and the support team is well trained. Can't imagine running our operations without it now.

Cons

The reporting could be more powerful though I noticed they just launched an updated reporting area that lets me pull from all the different data fields available to build custom reports myself.

Changed how we approach HR processes!

Pros

We're ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, so device management and security are huge priorities for us. Before this tool, we had to cobble together a messy process using our HR system, asset register and MDM for things like onboarding, offboarding and device upgrades. It was a total nightmare. Now we get enhanced HR functionality like customizable onboarding flows and performance reviews, plus we can manage our asset register and device security all in one place. This has really organised our processes across finance, IT and HR teams.

Cons

No complaints. Our feedback has always been valued by them.

smooth transition thanks to customer care

Pros

Transition was smooth thanks to our dedicated customer success manager who provided hands-on guidance throughout. The migration followed a well-structured project plan that helped us get the most out of the platform right away. Impressive feature depth and great support

Pros

The feature depth here is really impressive. Everything from onboarding to payroll and device management is covered. Setting it up was not an issue and I find myself using it regularly. Their support team responds quickly, which makes a huge difference.

brings together HR and IT functions

Pros

I love how this brings together all our HR and IT processes in one place. It's made my daily workflow so much smoother. Having everything centralized means I don't have to juggle multiple systems anymore and the support team is very professional whenever I need help with setup or troubleshooting.

Cons

While there aren't any major issues, I'm hoping for more flexibility in customizing reports down the line.
