Pros
Hiring used to eat up hours between reviewing applications, running interviews and still ending up with employees who weren't the right fit. Once we put this in place, the time I spend sorting through applicants dropped to less than a tenth of what it used to be. It gives me all the details I need to make confident hiring decisions and the quality, experience and professionalism of the people we've brought on have been outstanding.
Cons
Every now and then there are minor bugs with job postings or certain features but the team responds quickly and usually has everything fixed within a day or so.
