Pros

The platform has helped me improve team collaboration and engagement. Using it, we can effectively run the mentor mentee program. I get more visibility into available resources, their skill sets and expertise. The team can easily find resources, request mentorship or guidance and the interface is smooth and easy for my team to adapt to.

Report feature is good but there's an opportunity to make it more interactive which would improve the experience for me.

Innovative four dimensional model allows each employee, including me, to have multiple roles to both seek help and offer expertise. I can play any role at any time simultaneously. The user experience is excellent.

Artificial intelligence and a mobile app are missing which I think would make the platform even better.
