Pros
We have been using Chubbs risk management solutions for quite some time now and I have found their insurance options to be really helpful mainly for high risk industries like ours. I also like the transparency in their pricing structure which is great when dealing with large scale insurance plans.
Cons
The mobile app has some problems especially in accessing all policy information on the go. There have been times when I had to log in through a desktop to get specific details which is not ideal when you have to manage multiple sites at once.

“Comprehensive software and great user experience”
Pros
Chubb Limited huge range of options are pretty impressive and the customizable insurance plans have allowed us to adjust policies to address the specific risks in our industry. Also their digital tools for filing claims and managing policies are pretty simple which makes it easy for us to track claims and handle paperwork.
Cons
One problem is that their online portals interface could be updated. though its features feel somewhat outdated and navigating through the system is not always as smooth as it could be.
