Pros
My mom has been in multiple accidents, so our premium is very high you can say over 5k annually. The last time she was in an accident, she cashed the car and it was her fault. Mercury Insurance wrote us a 20k check so my mother could buy a new vehicle. I really appreciate Mercury Insurance for providing excellent service. Despite the high premiums they always treated us fairly, and their customer service is outstanding. There are no problems or headaches. Great job guys!
