Although MainStreet Sites wasn't originally designed with our specific business model in mind but the platform offered so many versatile options that we were able to work closely with their team to tailor the system to our needs. Together, we adapted their framework to perfectly align with our operations, and the result has been a seamless and highly effective partnership.

I love MainStreet Sites because it's so user-friendly. I can create everything I need and I always receive great support when I need it. The platform looks great, is easy to navigate and my favorite new feature is being able to customize emails and automate them. It's really streamlined my management process, and I'm so grateful for all the services they offer.

Cons

While it took a bit of time to get fully acquainted with the platform, once I understood how everything worked, it became the ideal solution for our business. The learning curve was totally worth it, and I now feel confident using it to its full potential.

“Excellent software with amazing customer support

Pros

It was very easy to integrate MainStreet sites into our business website. It's also easy for our customers to use and updating and rolling out new classes is also a breeze. The customer service team is fantastic and very responsive, they even helped set up our account to match our website perfectly.

Cons

One feature I'd love to see added is a way to track and monitor student skills within the software. However even without that, MainStreet Sites has been by far the best software we've used to manage our swim school. We explored several options before deciding to go with them and after using the platform, we've found it's the perfect fit for our needs.
