Payments are posted quickly and correctly, which keeps our accounts clean and up to date. We’ve had fewer posting errors compared to when we handled it in-house. The reports are clear and make it easy to track what’s been paid and what’s still pending. It’s taken a lot of daily workload off our front office team.

Cons

It took a little time at the beginning to get everything aligned with our system, but once it was set up, it ran smoothly. You still need to review reports on your end, which is normal, but it does require some oversight. Communication is steady, though during busier periods responses can take a bit longer nothing major, just something to keep in mind.
