“Mobile-friendly software”

Pros

It really stands out with its mobile-first design. The admin console feels far more user-friendly than a lot of other UEM platforms and the automated enrollment for both Android and iOS works without any hassle. One feature that has been especially valuable is the strong data containerization through Dual Persona which lets us keep company data completely separate from personal data on BYOD devices while still respecting employee privacy. Being Swiss-made is another big plus since it gives us a lot of confidence in the platform's security and GDPR compliance.

Cons

Mobile device management is excellent overall but the support for older Windows desktop environments is not as advanced as what some bigger US-based competitors offer. The reporting engine does its job well although it would be better with more up-to-date and customizable dashboard visuals. We also ran into some limitations with third-party integrations and API hooks but for our needs, the strength of the core functionality still outweighs those gaps.

Pros

Right from the start it has been genuinely impressive. Its all-in-one approach to mobility management really stands out. It handles every key part of managing devices across an organization, from security and app deployment to remote support. The interface is also very user-friendly so our IT team can move through it without trouble and manage the entire device fleet efficiently.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about this platform. It covers all of our business requirements exactly as needed which is especially impressive considering how rare it is to find a solution this complete in the current market.
