During the short time I used Abacus, the program felt very simple and user friendly so it was simple to understand and use right away.
Cons
I didn't come across anything I disliked so I really don't have any complaints about the software.

“awful service and billing practices”
Pros
It's a very basic program and it handles only the simplest needs reasonably well. Beyond that there are much better options available for a lower price.
Cons
Customer service was terrible and the lack of transparency made everything worse. After more than ten years as a customer, I was genuinely disgusted by how I was treated when I tried to cancel and switch to another product within their own company. My concerns were brushed off, I was charged without my approval and I would strongly urge any law office to choose something else for both software and service.

“Was pretty easy to setup”
Pros
Being able to customize the templates and arrange the files the way we wanted was a big plus. That flexibility made the software fit our workflow much better.
Cons
A frustrating part was how hard it was to access our system whenever their system went down. On top of that getting hold of support was not easy when we needed help.
