“Broken system and disengaged team
Pros
The workflow feature is good and I find it genuinely helpful. Apart from this I don't see many standout strengths.
Cons
From my experience everything about this feels broken. I thought the idea was great but that's where it ends. The team seems incompetent on every level and once I've become tied into their system they stop caring about my needs.

“Customer support does not listen
Pros
None. In short there is nothing good about this tool.
Cons
I think customer support is awful as they don't listen to what I'm saying.

“synchronizes well across multiple computers
Pros
I like that it synchronizes across multiple computers so my files stay consistent no matter which device I use.
Cons
My only complaint is having to depend on the WiFi signal strength at whatever location the platform is running which can affect performance.

“Great platform but comes with steep costs
Pros
Having been a user almost since it first appeared on the market I would say it is a pioneering case management platform suitable for law firms of all sizes. It genuinely delivers efficiency across many legal practice areas and is not limited to strictly legal tasks. As I've also used it for accounting, finance and practice management.
Cons
ProClaim is difficult to customize and often requires staff with programming experience or a dedicated IT technician familiar with the software. There are simpler, better-value alternatives on the market. Additionally it charges a high monthly support fee that keeps increasing yearly without clear justification, while Eclipse the company behind it has been reducing the support they provide.

“accessible and excellent for churches
Pros
This software is very accessible for churches as I use it to put together worship slides, prepare teaching materials and manage updates. Its simplicity plus the font and formatting options make it stand out as an excellent tool.
Cons
Sometimes the app struggles to download content and I notice it won't always link correctly to my presentation though overall I still consider it a useful resource.

“slow support and expensive customizations
Pros
I am pleased with the software's functionality. Plus it offers extensive capabilities. The workflows work well too though you need to determine where to place data for it to truly function. Moreover the Report on Title in the Conveyancing module stands out to me and I view it as one of the best features.
Cons
The customer support has been awful. I often end up waiting days or even weeks before problems are fixed. When they finally respond, the work is sometimes left incomplete. I also notice a complete lack of internal communication. Any request to customize the software to our firm's needs comes with a huge price tag. It really makes me wonder what I am paying support for. And we have to manually update our forms ourselves which is frustrating. They advertise the product as suitable for firms of every size but in practice unless you're a big firm with deep pockets and an IT team to handle changes, it is good for nothing. Also the accounts module feels unnecessarily complex especially next to modern packages like Xero.
