“Good features but terrible customer support

This platform is packed with functionality and a ton of capabilities. The workflows are great, but you'll need to figure out where to input the data for everything to work smoothly. One of the standout features is the "Report on Title" function in the Conveyancing module. It's definitely one of the best parts.
Cons
Customer support is pretty terrible. You often have to wait days or even weeks for an issue to be resolved, and when it is, the job usually isn't done properly. They also don't communicate internally, which only makes things worse. Every time you want to customize the software to better suit your firm's needs, it costs a fortune and you start questioning what you're really paying for with the support. You also have to manually update your forms, which is a hassle. While the software claims to be suitable for firms of all sizes, unless you're a large firm with a big budget and an IT department to handle updates, I'd stay away from it. The accounts package is also overly complicated, especially when compared to modern software like Xero.
