Easy usability

Pros

Getting around Acclaim Solaria feels very easy and the system is simple to understand and figure out.

Cons

I'd love to see more flexibility in the reporting features especially the ability to separate or combine reports and add more customization options. For example it would help to split payments based on who entered the transaction.

calendar clarity and faster billing

Pros

Setting up the calendar for upcoming jobs is very easy and everything is laid out in a clear concise way that makes it easy to review. The billing process has also become much more manageable and efficient.

Cons

One thing I'd like is the option to add a job using just a deponent name without needing a case name. There are times when we don't have all the details yet but we regularly work with certain deponents who prefer specific reporters. Also once paperwork has been sent making changes is frustrating because the system won't let you upload revised paperwork unless you completely rename the file even after deleting the old one.
