Pros

There are barely any downsides overall. The software is very user-friendly although using templates properly takes a bit of practice at first. Still it's a solid option for collaboration as a whole.

Cons

The biggest issue I noticed was a delay during uploads when several files were being uploaded at the same time. A proper user manual would also be a helpful addition for customers.
