Pros

Covers just about everything we need feature-wise and lets us keep an eye on all our sites from one dashboard. Support has also been very responsive and it's been nice to see some of the suggestions I've made actually turn into real updates. On top of that, the notification options are broad and really useful.

Cons

The interface takes a little time to fully understand although it's clear they are making improvements and heading in the right direction.
