“perfect for clear legal spending
Pros
Using it has genuinely simplified how we manage our legal spending. The interface is clear and easy to use which saves me time and cuts down on unnecessary complications. I especially value the live data and it isn't only useful for me when monitoring our legal expenses but our central accounts team also relies on the real-time visibility for compiling monthly accruals. There are a huge number of reports and analytics included and although I don't tap into every single one during routine work, they prove extremely useful on bigger initiatives or when I'm reviewing company-wide trends or prior years' expenditures. The standout for me, thoug is the support team, they've been reliably responsive, efficient and willing to help whenever we've needed assistance. I would strongly recommend this platform to any organisation aiming to gain tighter control and clearer insight into legal spending.
Cons
There's almost nothing I dislike about the product. One small annoyance I've faced is the character limit in the search feature which can feel unduly restrictive on occasion especially when I need to search by acronyms in very specific situations. I'm hopeful the team will lift this constraint in a future release.

Pros
The things I like is that I can audit costs assigned to specific codes in real time and I can monitor accrued expenses easily.
Cons
When I try to add team members or link matters the process often feels counterinteractive and confusing.

“Granular real-time data and support
Pros
I am able to pull granular real-time data and create bespoke reports and updates, the team was efficient and responsive through the integration, resolving any issues directly with the law firms and I find the interface interactive, user-friendly and highly customisable.
Cons
There are very few things I dislike if anything the setup includes more functionality than I need yet I can easily imagine it being especially helpful for users managing a large volume of matters.

We get a clear picture of exactly where our fees are going which also gives us a solid foundation to challenge and negotiate those charges.
Cons
I sometimes have to hunt around to locate the specific entries because the amount of detail provided can make it tricky to find the items that matter.
