Pros

The templates are low quality and the interface is nearly impossible to work with. You can actually find better free templates online.

Although the customer service team replied fairly quickly, they still didn't manage to fix the problems.

Pros

Joining a small to medium-sized company and coming across this software early on was a real win. Creating documents is very easy thanks to the simple questionnaire and having one interface to store all the key legal documents has saved me from a lot of unnecessary back and forth with third parties and internal colleagues. All the core features needed for contract management are centralized in it and it's also reassuring not to have to worry about Swiss regulations since the documents are compliant.

Cons

The interface has room to be more user-friendly and I'd also appreciate more customization options along with additional analytics such as tracking the number of signatures and how long it takes to get a contract signed.

Pros

With very little effort it gave me exactly the contracts I needed. It's not just about having templates available but also the confidence that they meet the level of quality I was looking for.

Nothing comes to mind right now and I'd probably need to explore it more to find anything. For what I needed it has done exactly the job.

Using it feels simple and the counseling comes across as very professional.

Cons

Connecting it with other apps can be a bit tricky at times but the customer service team is there to help.
