Pros
Handling complex tendering is much more manageable with this program especially when a large number of suppliers are involved. It's very simple to use lets you upload documents directly and keeps everything together in one place which makes the whole process much easier to oversee. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
One thing that would improve it is having a way to save your list of contracts permanently along with a search function so you can quickly find them whenever needed.

At London Borough of Hounslow we brought in ProSpend to improve how we manage spend and contract compliance and it has turned out to be a really valuable tool. It helps us spot spending trends much more clearly and has made our procurement approach far more proactive. We're now able to generate data in minutes that used to take days to pull together. On top of that the support team is always quick to respond whenever we have questions and adding new data into the system is very simple.
