“Better than DocuSign for contract management”
Pros
Before switching to Avokaado, we used DocuSign. We quickly realized it was just a document-sharing tool and not suitable for contract lifecycle management. The Avokaado team helped us draft contract templates tailored to our industry and the simple interface is a big plus.
Cons
I think it would be great if Avokaado added support for multiple countries.

Pros
It's simple, clean, and really boosts efficiency. Standardizing documents is another major advantage, it improves the way our firm presents itselfa and helps us achieve things that larger organizations usually benefit from.
Cons
I just wish I'd known about it sooner! I can't think of anything I dislike. Onboarding was smooth and easy to follow and when I had any issues, the team was quick to help me out.

Pros
It makes life a lot easier for anyone dealing with standard documents. The legal team can also relax knowing that no fields that need to be filled in are overlooked.
Cons
When creating new drafts on a small laptop screen, the options that appear on the right make the text box on the left hard to read, as it doesn't show all the text. It would be nice to have an option to view the options on the right when needed.

I really like their solution is super relevant and easy to use, whether you're dealing with large or small amounts of precedent documentation. The API integration adds a lot of flexibility, especially for commercial users who can integrate it with their existing systems, like CRM or workflow tools.
Cons
The challenge is keeping up with new requirements, tweaks, and updates but honestly, it's a good problem to have. Once you see what's possible, it's easy to want even more

Pros
What I really appreciated was the questionnaire based drafting. Since I already had my agreement template, I was able to send the contract to my client much quicker. The built in options made document creation super fast. I've always hated creating documents in Word, so I was thrilled to see how much easier this was. Plus, the option to add an electronic signature was a great bonus.
Cons
I didn't really run into any issues, everything was intuitive and I was able to get everything done that I needed.
