Pros
Working with this software makes it much easier for lawyers and paralegals to handle multiple tasks while keeping client communication more organized and properly documented. The speech recognition is reliable, performs accurately and handles a wide range of accents really well.
Cons
There are only a couple of minor downsides. The transcription is not perfectly 100% accurate although it comes very close and the reliance on an internet connection can be inconvenient when working in remote locations.
