faster reservations

Pros

Has helped us systematize the creation of contracts and reservation documents for all of Avantespacia's real estate developments in a very flexible and fast way. Since we started using Bigle preparing new templates has gone from taking several days to just one or two hours. Thanks to Bigle's REST API most of the information is filled in directly from our SAP ERP which removes the need for manual data entry. Other than that the tool lets us complete the whole process by sending documents for electronic signature from the same platform.

Cons

The few minor issues we've come across in the product have been resolved with the support of the Bigle team.

platform that saves time

Pros

Getting the integration done was difficult and expensive especially adapting the platform to manage the different documents in our workflow and customizing it to match our brand. Our network's central team had to put a lot of effort into it but in the end the result has been a real success. Overall the platform is simple user friendly and above all it saves a lot of time which is incredibly valuable nowadays.

Cons

Just as a suggestion for future improvement I think the platform could be better at storing or reusing the information entered into documents especially for repeat clients who have several properties or in cases like contract extensions or annexes where the signers are the same. It would be very helpful if when filling out a document again entering a first and last name could automatically pull in all of that person's details as a signer and ideally sync that information with our internal CRM in both directions or at least through an encrypted cloud system. I'm not entirely sure of the best technical way to do it but anything that helps with data we have to enter over and over again would improve the experience a lot.

Pros

It's simple to use and works really well integrated with our management software.

Cons

Working with it is very slow it freezes quite often and a message saying the page is not responding appears whenever it gets stuck while searching for a document or signature. Setting it up and adapting it to all of our working documents and Inmovilla was also quite labor-intensive.

Pros

You can get predefined contracts ready and closing signatures with clients is really fast. It's also very simple to use and feels very easy overall.
