Pros

Pros

the platform feels easy, clear and very user friendly. The software has made it much easier for us to get prior approval of the financial and commercial terms in different contracts and that has clearly reduced the time needed to process and prepare agreements before signing. On top of that working through the platform helps lower the chances of unintentional human errors in the document content.

Cons

Getting everyone in our organization fully onboarded required several training sessions across different teams. Because of that,full integration took a bit longer than expected.

Love the document automation

Pros

A very effective tool for automating documents with solid reliability and security. The digital signature module saves a lot of time and improves the client experience by removing the need to travel. It also provides excellent customer support with very fast response times.

Cons

Some digital signature features are still currently in development.

Pros

Being able to create and sign contracts completely online makes the whole process much faster and more simple.

Cons

Fast contract workflows

Pros

Getting started with it and uploading a document for the first time can feel a bit complicated. Once you get the hang of it though it becomes very simple. It helps speed up the work when you have a large number of contracts to complete. The fillable fields in the contract are also very useful since they make it less likely for the person preparing and sending it for signature to miss any important information. On top of that the technical support team replies very quickly and is very efficient.

Cons

The trickiest part is probably the first interaction with the platform until you learn how to use it properly.

powerful contract automation support

Pros

Using it feels very easy and the Bigle Academy really helps you learn how to set up the service and automate your contracts. Also the support team behind the platform is excellent.

Cons

Having to pay for every new user is the downside. There should be a company wide package instead of charging per additional user.

easy approvals and signing flow

Pros

It's a user friendly software that really speeds up the more administrative tasks and brings the full document approval and signature cycle together very well. It's helping us make our process much more efficient overall.

Cons

Getting access to self edit template modifications is complicated. We still need support from the service provider every time.

Good legal workflow

Pros

Bigle Legal was clearly built, designed and thought out for the legal profession so its features fit perfectly with the needs of legal departments and law firms. It's a tool that makes a substantial difference in lawyers efficiency giving them more time to focus on practicing law and providing strong service to clients.

Cons

The part we've liked least about BL is probably on the administration side especially document configuration. Learning how to automate documents took us a bit longer than expected. Even so the BL team has always been available to train and retrain us whenever needed. On top of that BL already has a new version where this process is supposed to be faster and more easy. We'd like the option to use simple signatures for internal documents but BL only supports digital signatures. That isn't necessarily bad because it ensures document traceability though sometimes all that's needed is a basic sign-off or approval.

efficient contract signing workflow

Pros

Getting contract signing under control was the biggest priority for us both with suppliers and with clients. We also needed the process to be simple for signers without requiring them to do anything complicated, just provide an email address and a phone number. With Bigle Legal that's exactly what we've achieved.

Cons

Because of the way we work the same signers come up again and again so having a small signer database would help a lot. It would save us from entering their details manually every single time.

Solid signing

Pros

The after-sales support has been really good and using the software is very easy They keep adding new features to the platform regularly which is a big plus. The signature traceability is also very reliable and having the option to choose between different signature providers makes it even more useful.

Cons

It would be better if the historical records included more search options.

Amazing document standardization platform

Pros

We were looking for a company that could help us standardize our documentation and make our daily work easier and that is exactly what we found. They are true professionals and have guided us through every step both with the documentation itself and with integrating our CRM into the platform. With their service we can prepare every type of contract we need from a simple visit report to purchase agreements or lease contracts with a wide range of possible variations. The platform also lets us sign any document digitally no matter where the clients are, at home at work or even abroad which helps us stay much closer to them. Without a doubt it's an excellent platform.

Cons

I'm not missing anything at the moment. I'm sure we'll keep improving things with Bigles help but right now the platform has been developed exactly the way we asked for it.

faster reservations

Pros

Has helped us systematize the creation of contracts and reservation documents for all of Avantespacia's real estate developments in a very flexible and fast way. Since we started using Bigle preparing new templates has gone from taking several days to just one or two hours. Thanks to Bigle's REST API most of the information is filled in directly from our SAP ERP which removes the need for manual data entry. Other than that the tool lets us complete the whole process by sending documents for electronic signature from the same platform.

Cons

The few minor issues we've come across in the product have been resolved with the support of the Bigle team.

platform that saves time

Pros

Getting the integration done was difficult and expensive especially adapting the platform to manage the different documents in our workflow and customizing it to match our brand. Our network's central team had to put a lot of effort into it but in the end the result has been a real success. Overall the platform is simple user friendly and above all it saves a lot of time which is incredibly valuable nowadays.

Cons

Just as a suggestion for future improvement I think the platform could be better at storing or reusing the information entered into documents especially for repeat clients who have several properties or in cases like contract extensions or annexes where the signers are the same. It would be very helpful if when filling out a document again entering a first and last name could automatically pull in all of that person's details as a signer and ideally sync that information with our internal CRM in both directions or at least through an encrypted cloud system. I'm not entirely sure of the best technical way to do it but anything that helps with data we have to enter over and over again would improve the experience a lot.

User-friendly

Pros

It's simple to use and works really well integrated with our management software.

Cons

Working with it is very slow it freezes quite often and a message saying the page is not responding appears whenever it gets stuck while searching for a document or signature. Setting it up and adapting it to all of our working documents and Inmovilla was also quite labor-intensive.
