the platform feels easy, clear and very user friendly. The software has made it much easier for us to get prior approval of the financial and commercial terms in different contracts and that has clearly reduced the time needed to process and prepare agreements before signing. On top of that working through the platform helps lower the chances of unintentional human errors in the document content.
Cons
Getting everyone in our organization fully onboarded required several training sessions across different teams. Because of that,full integration took a bit longer than expected.

Getting started with it and uploading a document for the first time can feel a bit complicated. Once you get the hang of it though it becomes very simple. It helps speed up the work when you have a large number of contracts to complete. The fillable fields in the contract are also very useful since they make it less likely for the person preparing and sending it for signature to miss any important information. On top of that the technical support team replies very quickly and is very efficient.
Cons
The trickiest part is probably the first interaction with the platform until you learn how to use it properly.

Bigle Legal was clearly built, designed and thought out for the legal profession so its features fit perfectly with the needs of legal departments and law firms. It's a tool that makes a substantial difference in lawyers efficiency giving them more time to focus on practicing law and providing strong service to clients.
Cons
The part we've liked least about BL is probably on the administration side especially document configuration. Learning how to automate documents took us a bit longer than expected. Even so the BL team has always been available to train and retrain us whenever needed. On top of that BL already has a new version where this process is supposed to be faster and more easy. We'd like the option to use simple signatures for internal documents but BL only supports digital signatures. That isn't necessarily bad because it ensures document traceability though sometimes all that's needed is a basic sign-off or approval.

Getting contract signing under control was the biggest priority for us both with suppliers and with clients. We also needed the process to be simple for signers without requiring them to do anything complicated, just provide an email address and a phone number. With Bigle Legal that's exactly what we've achieved.
Cons
Because of the way we work the same signers come up again and again so having a small signer database would help a lot. It would save us from entering their details manually every single time.

The platform also lets us sign any document digitally no matter where the clients are, at home at work or even abroad which helps us stay much closer to them. Without a doubt it's an excellent platform.
Cons
I'm not missing anything at the moment. I'm sure we'll keep improving things with Bigles help but right now the platform has been developed exactly the way we asked for it.
