“Perfect tool

Pros

I mostly practice consumer bankruptcy which is usually flat fee work, so I needed something affordable but still good at practice management. This is perfect for that.

Cons

There is not anything that I count as a con for now.

Well I like the features, the price and the helpful support.

I think it would be helpful to have some video support for various tasks and other self help features, so I would not need to call support as often.

It is very user-friendly and the support is excellent as they are available whenever I need it.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. If anything needs to be fixed or adjusted, support is always quick to get it done.

Not only is it easy to use but with it it is simple to upload documents and I find it perfect for timekeeping too.

Cons

There is no accounting integration with QuickBooks which to me is a major a flaw.

The portal is easy to use. Also it is web-based, automatically organized by case and is inexpensive which makes it our top choice.

As per us there is nothing to improve.

There are so many things that make it better than others but things that stand out to me are its low price and how easy it is to use.

Cons

Changing emails was an issue for me. I could not change the email so I had to use a personal one for this account. Also I wish it integrated with my iCal and other apps, like AltLegal which I use for trademark docketing.

Pros

It is really easy to use and the checklist is great for as it allows me to ensure all documents are uploaded correctly.

Cons

I have got nothing negative to say about it.
