Pros
I love how easy it is to pull reports to see what data is missing or to check the status for my program.
Cons

“Non-intuitive design
Pros
Honestly, there's nothing I can think of.
Cons
In my experience, the software is unattractive and not intuitive. It didn't track anything significant for us, so we ended up keeping a lot of files outside of ETO.

“Outdated for nonprofit orgs.
Pros
This software has only been good for helping our team track client data.
Cons
To be honest, it wasn't well adapted to the nonprofit needs we have. It felt really outdated and glitchy. Our team ended up switching to a different software.

“Terrible customer service
Pros
It was really easy to learn and train new staff members.
Cons
Customer care service is terrible. They always want more money to resolve issues. Getting your clinical documentation when you leave is a nightmare and very costly. They outsource customer service, so you end up paying a third party.

“User-friendly access to different features
Pros
What I love most is how user-friendly it is. You can access different areas of the software from multiple screens. Since it's web-based, it works perfectly for my team, who are usually out in community settings.
Cons
It takes some practice to build reports, but luckily we have an admin who handles it whenever we need to pull data. Existing reports are easy to run and export.

“everything in one place!
Pros
We used this for daily documentation from 2010-2019. I loved how everything was in one place but still separate for each student. I also liked the setup of the view/edit screen.
Cons
The software glitches sometimes. There were times when I'd be halfway through an assessment, and it would time out and wouldn't save.

“Reasonable price with occasional data issues
Pros
This product is generally easy to understand and offers a lot of features. It's our go-to for gym paperwork management, and it lets us enter info from any assessment to any member. The cost is pretty reasonable too. It's great that we can have so many categories and quickly search members to view their progress!
Cons
While using, the tool can be finicky at times. I've entered data and it didn't show up in the system a few times, which can be frustrating. Also, making changes in ETO is sometimes difficult, which can slow down our paperwork process.

“has everything our business needs
Pros
It has everything our business needs to succeed. We can make all sorts of documents available here, things like time sheets, tax info, beneficiary documents, company details, and access to internal and external company benefits.
Cons
ETO was really easy to use but it was tricky to navigate at times. Some things like the time sheets or benefit information were hidden in odd tabs. Thankfully, it was easy to save frequently used options to the "Favorites" tab.

“Clunky outdated interface
Pros
The reporting features are powerful and the homepage is customizable and the user setup is fairly easy to handle.
Cons
Add-ons are being developed, but the core functionality hasn't been updated in a while. The interface can be really clunky, and it requires Internet Explorer, so it's not browser-neutral. Six years ago, they were the best software out there but now competitors have surpassed them in features and functionality.
