I'm really pleased that the monitoring page puts everything in one place from social media activity and competitor analysis to influencer mentions. It keeps me aware of what's happening and helps me respond quickly whenever things shift.
Cons
Report customization is fairly limited so I end up spending extra time putting together the detailed insights I need. Another issue is that it doesn't handle report customization and campaign metric evaluation very well which can make deeper analysis frustrating.

Cons

An issue I have with it is that the interface feels unfriendly. The UI looks outdated and clunky which makes moving between the platform's many features harder than it should be. On top of that some functions are difficult to locate because the layout isn't easy so using it can end up taking more time than expected.
