“Excellent admin visibility and unlimited reports

Pros

As an admin, I love how easy it is to see everything that's been done (or not) on all our cases. The reports are unlimited with just the standard product. Everything stays organized, which helps us move quickly and get more done.

No complaints here. This program helps standard users stay organized and get more done in less time, while giving admin users full visibility across the entire organization.
