“Easy ai-driven document automation
Pros
As a lawyer who isn't technical, I genuinely find it extremely easy to use. The new AI-driven tools take over much of the documentation work and in my experience, they adhere to the rules with nearly consistent accuracy.
Cons
That being said, the dashboard doesn't give a full, detailed look across all the app's features. I can handle building logic okay but connecting it with other systems is tricky. More built-in reporting options would be really useful so I wouldn't have to export or merge data elsewhere to get the reports I need.

Cons

Using the platform for nearly two years as a LegalTech solution, I've found the decision-tree structure both logical and convenient while still being strong enough to manage complex legal scenarios. The dedicated customer success manager I work with has been exceptional and I genuinely appreciate the regular updates that continue to expand the platform's capabilities.
Cons
At first, I found the Excel and database integrations clunky and slow which was frustrating. Still, the team recognized the problem, worked on it and eventually implemented a great solution that really improved my experience.

Pros
Even with minimal training, I was able to put together functional prototype tools at impressive speed. It allowed me, as a subject matter expert, to create practical solutions on my own. When I explored more advanced features, I could build much more powerful applications and the visual editor kept everything clear and structured. I've also noticed improvements in debugging and testing features.
Cons
document automation is pretty basic, it doesn't come close to what specialized platforms offer. I also wish the tools were more flexible in how they look and feel. There's no support for data visualization either which I noticed.

Cons
nothing has bothered me so far. Whenever a feature doesn't work exactly as I expected, the team fixes it fast, so I always feel supported.

As someone technical who works closely with non-technical colleagues, I find the platform remarkably flexible. It allows me to connect emails, templated documents, downloads, databases and reporting tools into true end-to-end automation. My non-technical teammates grasp it quickly which makes implementation far smoother. I've also been extremely impressed by how responsive and genuinely supportive the product team has been throughout my experience.
Cons
We're currently waiting on a HubSpot integration to be prioritized and added to the roadmap but honestly it's not preventing us from doing what we need, it's more of a nice-to-have than a critical blocker for our day-to-day functionality.

the workflow and logic builder in this tool is organized in a clear way that keeps things readable, makes branching logic feasible to set up and offers a lot of configuration options. I also noticed that when an expression is needed to extend workflow behavior, the expression format feels familiar to anyone who's used spreadsheets, I've seen similar patterns in business tools such as Excel which made picking it up easier.
Cons
When I first started using it, I had to come in with a pretty clear picture of how the workflow should be structured. I discovered that if all the possible paths or end points hadn't been mapped out ahead of time, going back later to insert new branches could be a bit of a challenge. After spending some time with the tool though, working that way felt natural.
