“remote workflow boost”
Pros
Working remotely has been a lot more manageable with this software because it simplifies the way I collect client data. It also helps a lot with preparing forms which saves me time. Another feature I rely on is the case chat since it keeps communication centered within each case and makes conversations much more efficient.
Cons
A few parts of the platform still feel somewhat separate and would be stronger with better integration. For instance it would be really useful if the calculator could take a calculated date and automatically add it to Google Calendar or turn it into a task. The task feature is definitely useful already but adding sound alerts or notifications would make followup much more reliable.

“Faster case tracking”
Pros
This software has become a key platform for our firm. Its case tracking tools have made attorney handoffs much more easy, our processing time has dropped considerably because of the autofill features for forms and the built in AI tools have saved us a lot of time on research. A special mention also goes to the customer support team. They are responsive, efficient and smooth in how they handle requests and exceptionally kind throughout the process.
Cons
It would be even better if it worked with more platforms since the current multi-platform integrations still feel limited. Also the autofill feature for the DS-160/DS-260 forms is outdated and no longer functions but other than that we don't really have any additional concerns about the service.

Pros
It really shines when it comes to immigration work. It keeps up with the visa bulletin can auto-fill DS-260 and other forms, handles case tracking, sends text updates to clients and covers just about everything a firm might need even time tracking. It's a very flexible system, the support team is consistently available and the product keeps getting better with ongoing improvements.
Cons
Starting off wasn't flawless and the onboarding can be pricey. We did lose some information during the transition and training is definitely required . The system has a lot of features and many small buttons to keep track of so even with all the tutorial videos available there are so many because there's simply a lot to learn and figue out.

Pros
Right from the start the platform feels easy and simple to move around in. The automation tools cut down a lot of manual work and the case management features do a really good job of keeping everything organized. On top of that their customer support is quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever needed.
Cons
Getting the first few workflows set up does take a little time to learn but once that clicks the system works really well.

Pros
Setting up a case feels very easy and the overall value has been really solid. Client communication works well, support gets back to us quickly and I appreciate being able to see so much case information at a glance.
Cons
I do wish there were folders built directly into each case since we still have to rely on Google Drive. I also wish LawPay which is affiliated with it were more affordable and that it connected with QuickBooks. Another annoyance is having to enter the beneficiary and petitioner separately even when they're the same person because the forms won't update correctly unless both are added.
