“Helped us organize and work smarter

Pros

I love the ability to customize it and how well it integrates with other solutions.

Cons

Well I am worried that the expansions, without heavy customizations will be more useful for law firms than internal legal departments. Also it is a tough sell to other members of our corporate legal team.

Pros

Matter management with Adovologix is really intuitive. Also the setup and configuration are simple and everything just works right out of the box. Plus I find their support is simply amazing.

Cons

Some features that we do not use tend to clutter up the interface a bit but it is not a huge issue.

It can do everything the other platforms do and so much more. Overall it is definitely one of the most comprehensive platforms I have come across.

I find it a little intimidating at first and is not as user-friendly as some other matter management platforms are.

I really love that it is built on Salesforce. It provides a solid framework for firms to build on even further.

I do not like that a lot of the recent features released are not relevant to our practice. Also it would be great if our needs were also taken into account.
