Pros

From a user standpoint it works really well and provides the features I need. On the IT side the set up was also smooth and to the point which made the rollout much easier.

Cons

At the moment there isn't a cloud-based option for archiving audio and video files. However after speaking with the company team it sounds like they are considering adding this capability in the future.

Pros

It is an IP based audio and video recording system that delivers high definition video and audio quality. One of the biggest advantages is how user friendly it is. You can start and stop the system with the flip of a switch and it gives clear feedback so you know it's running properly. It's also very flexible with support for multiple video camera and audio inputs. There are honestly a lot of impressive things about this system which makes it tough to point to just one standout feature.

Cons

The system is not directly integrated with a Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). That said the company is already working with several DEMS manufacturers so that capability should be available soon. In the meantime it exports in MP4 format and nearly every DEMS is able to import that without much trouble.

Pros

Working with law enforcement agencies this product is clearly built to make sure critical recorded testimony never gets lost. Our organization has used both the mobile software units and the fixed interview room system and across thousands of interviews we have not lost a single recording because of technical issues. The agents genuinely love using it because it's easy and dependable. The tabbing feature is especially useful for marking key moments in an interview for presentations and testimony. We've also taken the mobile CaseCrackers into some pretty demanding environments and they've held up extremely well in every condition.

Cons

I can't point to anything I dislike. From sales responsiveness to installation and ongoing service the support we've received has been excellent.
