Pros

Right away the layout of this program feels well structured. It's very simple to figure out and it helps just about anyone stay organized without much effort. Being able to customize the software to fit a firm's specific needs is also a big advantage especially in a large law firm environment.

Cons

The pop-up windows are the part I don't enjoy. I prefer a cleaner looking interface and this one can feel cluttered because of them. Even though it does help keep things organized the system can still get pretty confusing when I'm trying to handle several tasks at the same time.
