One of the biggest advantages is how well they help clients modernize their businesses through digital transformation. They cover it from multiple angles, including fixing bugs, automating systems, managing Salesforce, building dashboards and using whatever tools are needed to improve operations.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints though their pricing is a little higher than some other options.

Their support is really on another level and that's easily the strongest part of working with them. They collaborate very well with clients and offer help across both technology and consulting, including areas like Oracle, SAP, robotics and more.
Cons

Cons

Pros
Right away the responsiveness of the support team stood out and the customer service has been excellent. The platform is also very user friendly and simple to work with. It makes managing customers, deals and ongoing interactions really easy too. At this point it is like one of the best options available.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since pricing can climb quite a bit as you move to higher tiers and add more users. There are definitely cheaper alternatives on the market. Getting everything implemented and fully up and running also took longer than expected which was a bit frustrating.

I would say the reporting data has been the most valuable part for me. I can view my full weekly and monthly reports which makes it much easier to track all of my leads.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any complaints. Everything has been working well for me and I have been able to use it without any issues.
