Working with this software has been a completely different experience compared to anything I used before. It has made document preparation feel like night and day versus the way we handled it in the past. Our entire workflow has changed because we're able to get the work done so much faster now.

Cons

Don't have any complaints about it. Whenever we come across something we want adjusted or need support to improve a process the support team is quick to help and make the changes.

Pros

One of the best parts of this platform is how customizable it is. We can really modify each application to fit the specific needs of our business owners which saves us time and lets us focus more on working with them instead of building applications for closing. It's also really helpful that creating one document can feed into and support other documents you need to create. Apart from that the ability to add formulas gives us confidence that our math is accurate especially when handling reductions and payment calculations.

For now there really isn't anything we dislike about it.

Using this softwae has freed up a lot of my time for other work. It has greatly cut down the time needed to prepare the documents required to order and request medical records. My clients also appreciate how convenient it is to sign requests and forms electronically. Another thing both my clients and I value is that we receive copies of all completed and signed forms within minutes.

The document generation tools have been the biggest benefit for our team. Even though our loan volume is fairly low the software still does a lot to make the loan closing process more efficient.

Because our loan volume is on the lower side we only use the software from time to time instead of on a weekly or daily basis. As a result it has taken staff longer to get comfortable with all of the features. That said this is not really a negative point about the software especially since UIDC does not have comparable experience with other similar products.

Getting started with the software is very easy. The login process feels secure and the system automatically saves your work as you go which is a huge help if there's a power outage or you simply forget to save. Nothing gets lost and it's easy to jump right back in where you stopped. The software also feels very user friedly because it's customized around the client's specific needs.

Cons

A limitation is that any changes have to go through the software team since users can't make their own modifications or adjust settings themselves. However their support is extremely responsive whenever something is requested and they usually get back to us within an hour or two at most.

Pros

Was very easy to start off with this product and it lets us convert documents into Word without any issues. It also took our existing forms and automated them which means we can put together a loan closing package in about half the time it used to require.

Cons

An adjustment during the conversion process was that a few clauses were repositioned to make the formatting work correctly. It takes a bit of time to get comfortable with that change but overall it's a small inconvenience compared to how much time it has saved our staff.

Using this software is very easy. It is simple to work with, not over engineered and takes a clean uncomplicated approach.

This software has been a real win for our team. It's very user friendly and creates documents quickly without slowing anything down. We also appreciate that the files can be downloaded in an editable format which makes it simple for us to handle small revisions internally. On top of that the customer support is outstanding. Any time we need assistance the software team responds incredibly fast and is always ready to help.

Right from the start the platform felt very user friendly and clearly built with lawyers in mind. It's flexible, adaptable and dependable and it genuinely lets one lawyer produce the output you'd normally expect from two or three. The customer support has also been outstanding, with fast replies, accurate guidance and real attention to detail.

Cons

Don't have any complaints at this point. Looking ahead I'd just love to see the product expand its integrations to connect with legal research tools and document storage platforms like G Suite or Microsoft.

From the beginning the developer has stayed on top of everything. Whenever an issue has come up it has been handled quickly and that level of urgency is something I really value. Because of that the platform keeps evolving in ways that match our needs. It runs very fast and is very easy to use. I had some doubts about how well it would fit our business sector but I've been genuinely impressed by how much more efficient our daily operations have become.

There are a few formatting problems when exporting documents to Word or PDF but they seem to be limited to newer features that were recently introduced. I'm very confident those issues either have already been resolved or will be addressed soon.

Having software that automates a task I handle regularly in my workflow has been really valuable. The biggest benefit is the time it saves me and it also helps make sure I don't overlook any of the key items I need to review in legal documents before sending them to an external party.

There have been a few minor outages and some limitations in flexibility but whenever I've run into an issue the customer service team has responded quickly and resolved it promptly.
