Right away the software feels approachable even for people without much technical background because the interface is very user friendly. The tracking tools are solid and help keep deadlines on schedule while making sure contracts stay current. It also automatically creates documents which saves a lot of time and cuts down on the manual work of drafting contracts from scratch. On top of that the reporting and analytics are detailed and useful giving better visibility into contracts and supporting more informed decision-making. Multi-user access is another big plus since it makes working together on contracts much easier.

Cons

The customization is there which is helpful but it can take a bit of extra time to adjust the platform for very specific or niche business requirements.

From the start the software felt polished and well built. The design is sleek the functionality is solid and the AI capabilities are genuinely powerful. It has helped smooth out and optimize our contract process and one of the biggest benefits is how well it catches hidden inconsistencies in contracts that could easily be missed. Other than that the customer support has been excellent whenever we've needed help.

Getting fully comfortable with the software does take a little time so there are a couple of things to learn at the beginning. Also a few features could use more customization options to make them fit specific workflows better.

The combination of user experience and multiple modalities makes it feel like a cost effective option. It's especially helpful being able to manage several contracts at the same time which saves effort and keeps everything more organized.

At first the UX can feel a little complex and it takes some time to get familiar with how everything works. Once you get used to it though it performs well without issues.

Working on this platform feels very collaborative because the Office 365 integration lets teams review, discuss and work on contracts together in real time. The automated alerts are also really useful for keeping track of important contract deadlines without having to monitor everything manually. Another big advantage is the fully customizable workflows which make it simple to adapt the system to different processes and business needs. On top of that the full-text search works well and helps users locate the right contract information quickly and accurately.

Starting off can take a little time especially for anyone who has not used a contract management system before. There are a few things to learn before becoming completely comfortable with how it works.

Pricing is attractive and getting everything configured and customized was easy with the provider's support. It was also simple to learn and start using without much effort.

The only downside is that reports can be a little slow when loading and downloading.

Getting started with the software didn't take long at all. It's easy to learn and I really appreciate how transparent the platform feels. The built-in notifications center and discussion board are especially useful for keeping communication in one place and support has been quick whenever help was needed.

Repository features still feel a bit limited and the templates can take a while to generate.

Being able to see the editing history tied to specific users is a major plus. The document management setup is easy, clear and very simple to use. E-signature is still a newer feature at our company and it has already saved us a lot of time.

One thing still missing is a preview mode and there's also no option to print the history.

Cutting down the time it takes to close has saved us both time and money. It has also boosted team productivity and employee satisfaction by taking a lot of those repetitive frustrating manual tasks off their plate. We use far less paper now which lowers costs and is a nice benefit for the environment too.

Shifting away from a process we had followed for years did take some time and adjustment but in the end it has absolutely been worth it.

Pros

From sales to customer service, training and tech support the whole team has been outstanding. Everyone has been helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond with clear concise but still complete answers. The features I appreciate most are the visual stats and reporting tools which have been incredibly useful. We spent a long time comparing several platforms and CT was easily the most user-friendly the most visually appealing and also fairly priced for a small business like ours.

There are times when requests for a configuration change take longer than I'd prefer. I'd also like to see more AI features added although it sounds like the upcoming update should address that. Occasionally filters are a little slow to load and downloads can take some extra time as well.

It's a really strong workflow management tool for contract managers and the collaboration and notification features do a lot to improve transparency throughout the contracting process.

Figuring out the contract hierarchy and relationship visualization was a bit difficult at first. That said the latest release has improved this area.

Has been a really strong tool for daily work. The dynamic dashboard gives a clear view of everything at a glance, the reporting options are advanced enough to dig into the details and the smart notifications help keep tasks from slipping through the cracks. Task management is also very well done and makes it easier to stay organized.

Cons

Only thing missing on our side is electronic signature integration which would be a useful addition to our current license. As far as I know though this feature is available in other versions.
