Pros

Using the platform feels very easy and it is user friendly. It helps cut down on time, costs and paper which makes a lot of bureaucratic processes much simpler. I really wish more people in Mexico were using it.

I've used it to sign several contracts and it has consistently met my expectations every time. Up till now I haven't run into any errors or anything I dislike about it. The overall user experience has been very smooth.

Signing documents has been the simplest experience I've had with digital signature software. The fact that its validity is supported by certification under the Official Mexican Standard (NOM-151) and reinforced through blockchain notarization gives me real peace of mind since I know the documents cannot be modified or tampered with.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is the lack of an English version for international clients. Even so the platform is easy enough that it's still manageable to use. Adding an English option would really expand its reach and take the platform to the next level.
