The free version offers good quality and works well overall. I'd just love to have some of the paid features available at a more affordable price especially with unlimited signatures.

On the free plan the only issue I noticed was that a few files already signed wouldn't close properly but the error rate was very low under 1%. The paid version still feels too expensive though. If it were around R$20 to R$30 per month for unlimited signatures I'd definitely pay for it.

What I value the most about this software is the practicality, speed and features. Since the start of the pandemic a tool like this has become essential for signing documents without needing people to be there in person especially with remote work becoming much more common.

The only issue is that sometimes everyone has already signed the document but it still is not available to download and continues to appear as "waiting for signature." Still whenever I contact support they resolve it.
