Pros
Getting started was quick and simple. It gives us one safe, centralized place to keep all of our contract documents and handling electronic signatures is simple to manage. We've also saved both time and money on internal contract reviews since we haven't needed to bring legal teams into every negotiation.
Cons
In Contract Manager, you can't organize documents using your own preferred folder structure so finding files has to be done through sorting and filtering instead.

Pros
From the moment you sign in, everything is ready to go. The software stays focused on the core tasks it's meant to handle and does them really well. Reviewing contracts, creating contracts and getting them signed without unnecessary distractions.
Cons
Nothing so far. When a product stays focused and delivers exactly what it promises, that's when I'm happiest because it saves time, lowers risk for my business and supports better profitability.
