“Easy to search and tag

Pros

I find the application very friendly and approachable for everyday use and its searching along with tagging capabilities are excellent, as they significantly simplify navigating and processing vast volumes of data, making the overall task much less cumbersome.

Cons

What would most improve my experience is the capability to print groups of tagged items in a single operation because although I truly value the strong search functions, the overall efficiency of my workflow is reduced when I must open each document individually in order to print it.

Pros

I am very pleased with the software's functionality and how easy it is to operate because in our organization we have people with widely differing levels of database expertise and in my experience, nearly everyone becomes highly at ease using this system. it strips away extraneous elements that are not required for reviewing and tagging/coding documents and on top of that the customer support and training are outstanding, as I have yet to encounter a better trainer.

Cons

We do find that the platform lacks a few specific features that are tailored to our particular litigation workflows although I recognize and suspect that no current database solutions completely offer those exact capabilities yet, when we request It to build or configure something new for our use, they consistently put in their utmost effort and they continually work toward accommodating our requirements.

“Good features but price adds up

Pros

Overall I found the tagging and OCR capabilities to be reliable and effective and the support team was outstanding in helping resolve any questions. furthermore, the search and indexing functions were genuinely useful and although the user interface required a little time for me to get comfortable with its structure, it ultimately did not cause any real problems.

Cons

As I noted earlier, it ultimately was not cost-effective for our team to repeatedly return for additional features or services whenever we needed something beyond the base offering.

Pros

I appreciate how interactive the interface is and how navigation feels overall. The search features are simple to operate too.

Cons

Converting my documents into TIFF files and exporting them still feels slow.

I find the product very interactive and it performs well at highlighting important documents while enabling easy sharing with our outside counsel, customer support is outstanding and my clients like it.

We have nothing negative to report since the solution has fulfilled all our needs without issue.

“For a reliable and flexible platform

Pros

As a practitioner using the platform, I appreciate the new capability that lets users upload their own data and I find the quick culling and filtering features very helpful for significantly reducing the volume of material that requires manual review, while the boolean full-text and metadata search tools are flexible and powerful enough for complex queries, in addition, bulk tagging functions help shorten review cycles, exportable reports allow me to pull selected datasets for downstream use, there are unlimited user seats with no additional fees which is financially beneficial, near-ready review storage costs have been lowered, It offers excellent, responsive 24/7 customer support and the team is consistently friendly and accommodating, they have also recently strengthened their Channel Partner program to make vendor reselling easier and Clint Lehew in particular has been a consistently strong and supportive contact as we work together as reseller partners.

Cons

I am not able to modify or customize the folder structure once data has been loaded into the system and I also noticed that the platform does not include an advanced TAR-style predictive coding option which limits some of our automated review workflows.

“Multi-user power

Pros

One of the biggest advantages I noticed was that several users could work on the same task simultaneously which I found extremely valuable, tagging and sorting emails felt easy and I appreciated that messages were paginated into groups of 25 which made review manageable. The customer support team was outstanding both helpful and efficient.

Cons

When collaborating on a project, I found it dfficult to assign the same tags to multiple teammates and the process of adding those users felt awkward and cumbersome.

Pros

With an simple graphical interface that significantly shortened my learning curve, I view this as an essential tool for small firms since we achieved rapid implementation and experienced very low costs for both the firm and our clients.

Cons

I can't identify any real drawbacks, however I would recommend incorporating a chargeback feature so clients can be billed based on the resources allocated to each case.

“Flexible and knowledgeable service

Pros

Their flexible approach, combined with attentive client service and substantial knowledge and experience in this space, really stood out to me and I found that they were consistently able to manage every request I submitted without issue.

Cons

I truly have nothing further negative to mention since my experience left me without complaints or unresolved concerns.

For me, the main advantage is how simple and user-friendly it is and having prior experience with other document review platforms made it simple to become proficient with only minimal training required.

Cons

While I find the core offering adequate, it remains relatively rudimentary and omits many higher-level capabilities in its standard tier and advanced options like predictive coding are available only as paid add-ons.

Pros

I find this platform very easy to use and user-friendly, so much so that no prior experience with e-discovery tools is necessary to use it confidently. I also greatly appreciate that it runs in a browser, allowing me to access it from nearly any device and from almost anywhere.

Cons

I have no issues so far.
