I have received exceptional support, Cloudnine's team has guided me through numerous issues promptly and their deep understanding of the software combined with swift resolutions is remarkable. Because support often shapes the user experience for most products, I can honestly state that I am very pleased with Cloudnine LAW largely due to their responsive support staff.
Cons

“Easy to use and saves time
Pros
Throughout my 27-year career in this industry, I had never come across a piece of software that combined such an amazing interface with smooth customization options and CloudNine Review not only met but significantly exceeded my expectations when it comes to searching functionality. Whether constructing simple queries or devising extremely complex, layered searches, I'm able to assemble them with minimal effort while achieving highly accurate results which has been a game changer for my workflow. When I pair those search strengths with the platform's simple process for creating tag fields in multiple formats and the ability to tag documents rapidly on the fly, my review cycles have been reduced dramatically. My interactions with the staff have been equally positive, as they are consistently responsive and the client services team I collaborate with provides the best vendor experience I have encountered in my entire career. For those reasons, I recommend this team and their software!!!
Cons
To date I have been unable to identify any aspect of the product or any member of the staff that has genuinely let me down because neither the software nor the team have given me cause for real disappointment.

What I love most about this tool is its speed, agility and adaptability because it empowers me to personally manage my eDiscovery engagements rather than hand them off which in turn reduces turnaround times, cuts costs for the client and enables me to accomplish a larger portion of project work internally instead of relying on external vendors.
Cons
I would like to see Law PreDiscovery evolve so that it scales better with modern hardware specifically by leveraging additional CPU cores and parallel processing, so I can fully exploit today's more powerful machines for faster processing.

“simple to search and mark papers
Pros
I consider it to be the most easy application for building, maintaining and querying databases because its interface makes those tasks feel easy and efficient. What really appeals to me is being able to capture a 'snapshot' of my session so that I don't end up repeating work and the searches I performed remain visible in the list for quick access. When deep into reviewing results from an extensive query, the snapshot feature even brings me back to the last record I was examining within that search which is terrific. Additionally the speed and simplicity with which I can tag documents surpass my expectations and arranging files in chronological order is also simple.
Cons
I have really tried to come up with improvements or changes that might make the program better and after considerable thought I am unable to identify anything I would modify at this time.

For me, this is an excellent all-in-one solution for collecting, reviewing and producing litigation-related documents and I find that the witness preparation kits are simple to organize and manage within the overall document collection.
Cons
When I produce TIFF images from large source files, the document production stage can become noticeably slow and sometimes hampers my workflow.

Pros
Being able to search the entire document repository immediately after files finish loading into the application has saved me time when I need quick access to content and it makes locating specific items effortless even during busy workflows.
Cons
I honestly can't point to any significant drawbacks in my experience using the program, as it has met my needs without notable issues and I haven't faced any major problems worth mentioning.

Pros
Transitioning from Concordance to CloudNine was remarkably easy for me and I find the interface significantly more user-friendly overall, particularly when it comes to uploading new documents and managing productions.
Cons
I do have one notable drawback with CloudNine: it does not allow me to alter the background color and when I spend many consecutive hours preparing document productions, being able to switch hues would significantly reduce visual fatigue and eye strain.

I appreciate the option to work from home when necessary, the remote desktop interface is clean and interactive and I consider Sage to be a reliable program.
Cons
Occasionally while I'm on the job, we lose the connection which I suspect is caused by our network. otherwise, everything functions well.

I like the strong collaborative features and when working with teammates the real-time editing and sharing options make coordinating easy besides, I can customize many settings to enforce my preferred coding style and I'm reassured because all of our data stays on their servers.
Cons
I've noticed the platform can become unstable when a large number of users are active simultaneously, causing occasional glitches that interrupt the workflow. additionally although the product maintains a revision history, I've discovered that once I permanently delete content the system won't let me restore it which is frustrating.

Pros
As a first-time user, I was impressed with how easy the interface felt although I likely only scratched the surface, I managed to meet my client's document management objectives with relative ease.
Cons
I found several of the core document identification tools to be a little awkward when I was working with only a small set of documents which hindered efficiency.

There are alot of tagging choices available and I appreciated being able to define custom tags which I could control in terms of visibility and allow others on the platform to see and utilize.
Cons
The interface felt complex and despite completing the tutorial to understand the workflow, I continued to struggle. furthermore, coordination became more difficult because several people were trying to apply tags simultaneously which added confusion and slowed our progress considerably.

Pros
I find the search features extremely useful and having the ability to create folders where I can organize different search categories makes managing results much more simple.
Cons
What I dislike is that searches return entire email chains which clutters the results. I would be fine receiving every message when a thread's content has actually changed, but for those threads that merely repeat identical content I would much prefer to receive only the last message in the chain so that search times are reduced and I don't have to sift through redundant emails to find the latest information.

Pros
For me, the speed and ease of loading data and then being able to review it immediately provide a tremendous advantage compared with other cloud-based platforms.
Cons
I would like control over moving files from one folder to another and I also want additional functionality for tagging and organizing files into folders to improve how I manage them.

it can access and retain very large files and I also found that it provides sufficient storage capacity for the alot of file types I regularly use in my workflow.
Cons
However, when I sort documents using their tags, I've encountered situations where certain tags fail to appear among the search criteria which prevents me from selecting documents that I had previously tagged and need to retrieve.

Pros
I love the clean UI and how easy it is to learn the program. Compared to other discovery management platforms I have used, I find it much more interactive and my colleagues catch on extremely quickly. It also retrieves documents very fast and allows simple navigation from one file to another. My team and I were able to tailor it to match our workflow quite well. I particularly enjoy that every user can personalize their own workspace so that the most crucial document coding fields remain visible at the top of the screen. There is no longer a need to scroll through lengthy coding dropdowns to locate what I require. Overall this solution is an excellent substitute for competing databases and offers value.
Cons
Search functionality requires some effort before it becomes simple and I wasn't fond of how, despite global tag and field creation being very smooth modifying or removing a tag or field after it's established is considerably harder and demands administrative privileges. Presumably this safeguard exists to stop accidental deletions by general users but I'd prefer the capability to assign a locally based user limited administrative permissions so they could make these kinds of changes on site instead of having to submit and wait on a support ticket and causes delays in handling urgent document management tasks promptly.

In my experience, CloudNine's customer service has been outstanding, remarkably quick to respond and unfailingly effective at resolving issues. having uploaded several gigs to their platform myself, I have yet to encounter any problems.
Cons
I find the search functionality somewhat complex and it takes a bit of practice to learn how to refine results effectively but after I've stored a handful of tailored searches it becomes significantly simpler to get the exact listings I want.

“Powerful search tools, can be confusing

One feature I value most is the ability to combine extracted metadata fields with custom fields so that I can construct and execute intricate, multi-condition searches that would otherwise be difficult to assemble.
Cons
I've noticed that clients often get confused when they edit a search derived from a saved search because the "saved search" window auto-populates and can overwrite existing criteria, causing them to unintentionally modify the saved parameters. I would prefer an option to lock a search to prevent this, although the issue is typically corrected after giving several reminders and conducting training sessions.
