Pros

Right from the start the clean interface made a good impression and getting everything set up was very easy.

Cons

Missing templates and limited integrations are pretty off-putting and because of that I've ended up using other systems more often.

The downside is that it isn't very extendable as it's built as an all-in-one solution.

Pros

Across the tools we've used this stands out for how thoroughly it lets us configure business documents and payment collection workflows including all the checks and data types we need. It also provides one of the most secure document collection services we've come across. We currently use it for clients in the real estate and education sectors.

Cons

Figuring it out on the end-user side could still be refined a little more. Apart from that the platform has been improving month after month so I'm confident the user experience will continue to get better soon.

Pros

Has been a really strong fit thanks to how customizable it is. The API works well, the Zapier integration adds a lot of convenience and their pricing feels very reasonable. Customer support has also been excellent and communicating with the team is always easy and helpful.

Cons

The only possible concern I can see is that as it continues to grow its customer base they'll need to scale carefully to maintain the same high level of support they currently provide.

Pros

Very user friendly, easy to work with and it also exceeded my expectations.

Cons

There may be a few minor snags here and there but I'm confident those will be fixed over time.
