Pros
Using this software has been very pleasant thanks to its modern user friendly design and overall simplicity for users. It also gives a lot of autonomy when it comes to setup since even the automations can be configured without needing technical skills. The online documentation is very clear, well organized and easy to search through which helps a lot. Support has been efficient and the commercial follow up has also been reliable. Exporting documents is easy, the interface is very responsive, the value for money is excellent and the portal language settings add useful flexibility.
Cons
We did run into a few minor bugs but they were fixed once we reported them and none of them were blocking.

Pros
Collecting documents is fairly efficient and I really appreciate being able to customize the client-facing view.
Cons
One thing I really wish it offered is Adobe account syncing so PDFs could be edited directly inside the platform instead of having to re-upload them and set up the merge fields again every time a contract is updated. Since we manage around 27 different processes that takes a lot of extra time. This would be especially valuable for our immigration firm because it would help a lot if we could use editable merge fields without requiring a signature since USCIS does not allow e-signatures. Another issue is that when an additional process is added to an existing application the checklist and file-sharing setup from that new process do not carry over. It would be much better if there were an option to make the newly added process the primary or dominant one. We also regularly handle applications for multiple family members and it would save a huge amount of time if family profiles could be linked. Right now we have to ask for and enter the same details repeatedly for each person during intake. For example with a family of three each person may have a separate application but I still have to manually enter the parents' names, birth dates, address and similar information again when working on the child's file. It would be much more efficient if the system could recognize related family members and autofill shared information. I'd also love to see an integration with Square since that is the payment processor I prefer to use.

Pros
Right from the start the concept feels very user friendly and it's been executed extremely well. The white-label setup along with the building blocks makes it possible to create a customized and powerful onboarding process. Overall the platform feels eficient and dependable with hardly any bugs if any at all showing up so far.
Cons
There are a few small formatting details that could be better such as number formatting particularly within the form builder section.

Pros
Having the accept/reject option built into documents has been incredibly useful especially for our web development projects. It saved us a lot of time and cut down the usual inconvenience of endless back-and-forth emails. On top of that the interface is clean and well organized and the customer support has been excellent.
Cons

Cons

Pros
Clients can upload documents, complete forms and sign legal contracts all in one place. They're also able to communicate with us and send extra documents when needed. The Google and other storage integrations along with the payment features work really well. It has basically become our all-in-one CRM and document management platform.
Cons
Online form builder could still use some improvement. However they've added a lot of features over the past year and their response time has been quick too.

“frustrating UX”
Pros
I went into it expecting a solid way to handle new employee onboarding with one central portal everyone could use and an interface people would actually enjoy. Unfortunately that expectation did not match the reality at all.
Cons
From the start the platform feels illogical and the UX is genuinely awful. Even software from the 1990s felt more use friendly than this. The biggest problem is with PDF fill-in fields for e-signatures. They always end up shifted from where they were originally placed. So on top of being confusing and feeling half-finished it turns out to be useless for e-signatures and document collection. I'd strongly recommend staying away from it.

Gives us a polished professional way to onboard both clients and new employees.
Cons
A few clients have raised concerns about the electronic signature process mostly around the verification step. The confirmation email with the code does not always arrive immediately even though they have to enter it within a limited time. We have also run into cases where the e-signature form fields were not positioned where we originally set them.

Right away I was really pleased with how responsive your teams are. My company is still young so having quick solutions whenever an issue comes up is absolutely essential. Pros
Comes with a lot of features that really help with customer management. You can build online forms, create a client portal with a personalized URL or connect the portal to your existing website. File tracking is fully online and it also helps with chasing late paying customers and setting up automatic callbacks. I can follow the progress of each collection file, use online signatures and even rely on document recognition for items like identity cards. Another useful point is that documents sent by clients are automatically converted into PDF and the status of every requested document can be tracked clearly as approved or refused. Clients are also able to monitor the progress of their file online while internal teams can collaborate with outside partners such as legal advisors. Other than that online payments are supported and the platform can be customized with your own logo and SMTP settings. There is honestly a lot packed into it.
Cons
At this stage I do not really have any major complaints. If I had to mention one area that could be better it would be the integration of the client portal into a website especially outside of iframe mode. The software team has consistently added new features so I would not be surprised if this gets improved soon.

Pros
Getting clients onboarded is pretty easy and having the digital signature feature included is a big plus as well.
Cons
There isn't anything major to complain about but the form UI/UX feels very outdated almost like something from decades ago and it misses useful features such as embed options or partial save that you get with Typeform or Paperform style interfaces. They should also add form to PDF feature and an online document creator since most competitors already offer those tools.

Cons
I've been happy with all the features overall. The only improvements I'd suggest would be raising the 300 active application limit and adding a mobile app with a dashboard to keep track of all applications.
