“Helpful barcode tracking and full history”
Pros
Keeping every query under the same barcode is really helpful. The full history is saved as well and being able to attach documents for future reference makes follow-up much more convenient.
Cons
It would be even better if it could connect with the ERP for automated posting. The per-user pricing is also quite expensive.
