For the past two years, our firm has relied on this web-based software to keep track of and manage contracts. It's user-friendly, fits our needs well and the customer service from Contract Advantage has been excellent.

Right from the start this software package has been very simple to use. One of the biggest advantages is how well it scales up or down based on the needs of the company or department using it. The support from the vendor has been outstanding and their willingness to customize the product to fit specific requirements has been a huge plus. As our business needs have evolved, the software has also been able to integrate with platforms used by other departments which has created a major boost in efficiency.

After using this product for around 16 to 17 years, our company has only positive things to say about it. At one stage, we were managing more than 11,000 contracts with it and it handled that volume very well. The system is very user friendly and the Great Minds team is always accessible whenever I have questions. I would absolutely recommend this product to other companies.
