Pros
Having the e-signing feature built in is a big plus and it helps a lot that everything is stored in a single tool. The tasks and notification features are also really useful for keeping things organized and on track.
Cons
One limitation with the e-signing feature is that after a document has been sent out for signature, you can't make any changes to it, like adding another signatory. If that happens, you have to upload and register the document all over again.

“Timely reminders that save money”
Pros
When work gets busy, contract deadlines can sneak up on you before you realize it. The best thing about Contractify is the timely alerts it sends when a contract is about to expire or when the notice period to cancel is approaching. Those reminders end up saving the company a lot of money. The search function is also very convenient since you can sort by financial entity or by subject depending on the project you are handling and with colleague access enabled, everyone can upload their own local data without trouble.
Cons
I would prefer being able to respond directly from the notification itself. Right now, if you receive a notification, you still have to send a separate email instead.
